Hey there! My name is Kris.

I’ve been there…

I know how overwhelming it can feel when you have a lot of weight to lose….

After riding the diet roller coaster for many, many years... Being overweight, trying to lose weight, then working my butt off trying to maintain it…just to end up gaining it all back…

I finally decided I wanted off that ride.

I was so sick of having to micromanage every bite that went into my mouth - the weighing, measuring, tracking every calorie. Always being hungry, constantly fighting cravings, feeling like I was missing out on everything

I just wanted to lose the weight and actually keep it off without it feeling like I had another full-time job. But that seemed impossible because every time I'd lose weight, I'd end up gaining it back, usually with a few extra pounds just to add insult to injury.

Then I Discovered What Was Really Keeping Me Stuck

When I started focusing on managing my blood sugar instead of just cutting calories, everything changed. I knew I was onto something when I actually forgot to eat one day. Me? The girl who couldn't go more than 2-3 hours without getting hangry and shaky. The one who never left home without snacks just in case my blood sugar crashed.

I forgot to eat!

For the first time in years, I wasn't constantly battling hunger and cravings. I could eat foods I actually enjoyed and still lose weight. No more choking down dry chicken breast or going to bed hungry because I'd "used up" my calories for the day. Weight loss finally felt sustainable instead of like punishment.

The best part? Not only did I lose weight, but I gained so much more - steady energy throughout the day, better sleep, and complete control over my crazy sugar cravings that used to rule my life. I was even able to get off medication for anxiety and depression.

But here's what matters most: I've kept the weight off for over 13 years without feeling like I'm on a diet. Because any approach that's going to work long-term has to fit YOUR life, not force you to follow someone else's rigid ‘diet rules’.

That's exactly what I help my clients do - lose the weight for good without feeling like she has to be on a diet for the rest of her life.

If you’re ready to get off that old creaky rollercoaster and are ready to make a change I’d love to help you on your journey as well.
